Law education is a constructive way to prepare not only for specific legal careers, but for abundant range of different professional roles and yes undeniably for life in general. Law effects round about every possible area of human life, touching upon all the issues like economics, politics, environment, human rights, international relations, business and trade. Conventionally, legal education in India consisted of a three- year undergraduate program and it was in mid 80s when five- year undergraduate programme was also introduced in the country there by combining law with arts, science, commerce and management paving novelty, innovation and freshness to law studies.Legal education plays an imperative role in developing lawyers who work as social engineers and put their endeavour in the direction of nation building.

BBA-LLB program is running in more than twenty Universities/Colleges/Institutes in Delhi/NCR.The distinctiveness of the NorthCap University is that it is the first University which introduced BBA-LLB (Hons.) course in Delhi/NCR with a high quality and standard of education.Apparently, Global Human Resource Development Centre Survey (April 2016) has ranked the School of Law, the NorthCap University, as 5th Rank in Category of ‘Eminence’ and 2nd Rank in Northern Region which is in fact just the beginning of excellence.NCU, School of Law, courses are purposely designed with the pace of latest development in the field of legal studies and the distinctiveness is that it offers specialisation in Constitutional Law and Corporate Law which makes it BBA.LL.B(Hons). It provides an integrated perceptive of the interrelationship of Management Studies and Legal Studies.
