| Dr Adish C Aggarwala delivering special lecture on National Judicial Appointment Commission |
School of Law, ITM University, Gurgaon organized a special lecture on ‘National Judicial Appointment Commission’ on 16 February 2015 by Dr Adish C Aggarwala, Sr Advocate and President of International Council of Jurists and Chairman, All India Bar Association.
An expert of Constitutional Law, Dr Aggarwala enlightened the students by relating the constitutional provisions with the provisions of the appointment in the higher judiciary in India. He threw light on the present system of appointment and the vices of the system in the Supreme Court of India. He also discussed that National Judicial Appointment Commission is helpful in bringing transparency in the system. He inspired the law students about the future prospects and career options in the field of law during his highly motivational talk.
