Deloitte Collegiate Cyber Threat Competition (CCTC)

Deloitte, one of the placement partners of ITM University, Gurgaon, has rolled out an initiative for young aspirants to sharpen up their skills into the Cyber Threat vertical.  The Deloitte Collegiate Cyber Threat Competition (CCTC) is a national level competition which comprises multiple rounds over two months. The highlight of this competition is a live, in-person event in which finalists from the participating universities or colleges engage in a Cyber War Game at Deloitte, Hyderabad. 

The Deloitte leaders visited ITM University on 17 February 2015 to conduct the initial round of the competition. Students were given an overview of the Cyber Risk Service at Deloitte and the rules and procedures of Deloitte CCTC. Students were organized in 12 groups, with 4 members in each group. Three groups qualified for the next round after a tough competition. Congratulations to the groups that qualified from ITM University i.e. Hack Titans, Quadcore and Spiderweb. In the next round, one of these three will qualify for the final round to be held at Deloitte, Hyderabad. It was a competition with great learning, inspiration and motivation for the students. More such events were requested by the student participants.
