Vice-Chancellor’s Innovation Fund awarded for Research

The NorthCap University  Vice- Chancellor’s Innovation Fund is a funding pool that can be accessed by faculty members, researchers and students of the University to carry out innovative and socially relevant research especially when external funding is not readily available. 

The following new proposals submitted for VC Innovation funding have received approval in the month of September 2017:

On This year the VC Innovation fund was awarded to three student projects. A ceremony was held on 24 January 2017, to distribute the VC Innovation fund cheques to our deserving students. 

At the event, Prof. Prem Vrat and Brig Sharma gave some practical advice to the students followed by Prof. Prem Vrat distributing the cheques to the students. The event was celebrated in the presence of  Prof. Ravindra Ojha, Prof. Swaran Ahuja, Dr Bharti Arora, Dr Shilpa Mahajan, Dr Anjali Garg and the Innovation Fund Scheme coordinator, Dr Feras Al-Hakkak.
