ITM University witnessed the premiere of a short film titled “The Last Truth” on 23rd April
2015 in the University’s Auditorium. Kapture Productions
first ever short film was successful in grabbing quite a lot of attention with
more than 15 faculties and 60+ ITMU students as attendees at the premiere.
Three of the most talented ITM students had undertaken this movie project about
2 months back with the aim of showcasing a story that can touch everyone’s heart. The film had Kushagra Gupta (CSE 6th Sem) as
the director and Abhishek Shanker and
Tanya Pahuja(IT 6th Sem
Students) as the lead cast of the movie. A few special appearances in the film
by four more IT 6th Sem students helped in connecting with the audience. “The Last Truth” depicts a beautiful story of
two young people and how their lives get affected by certain inevitable
circumstances. It shows how sometimes a lie can buy you enough happiness and
strength, but on the other end it can shatter someone’s life with the last truth. Going by the
reviews collected by the Movie Club & the Photography Club, Lumiere, “The Last Truth” had been much
appreciated, with direction of the movie being the highlight. Hope to see many
more projects like these by ITM Students in future.
