Career Counselling Session for Gurugram School Students at NCU

NCU conducted a Career Counselling session for about 400 school students from various schools of Gurugram at the University on 23 April 2018. Students were informed about various options for higher education available to them after Class XII. Students listened attentively to the speaker Mr B K Gupta, Director, SPA, whose talk impressed upon the students the ‘need to understand yourself in order to align yourself with your own goal in life’. 


They were briefed about the about the University and study options offered by NCU which was followed by an interactive session wherein their doubts were clarified by career counsellors Dr Latika Singh, Ms Kiran Mrig and Mr Deepak Satyarthi.

Career Counselling Cell set up in NCU’s Department of ME

The Department of Mechanical Engineering has set up a Career Counselling Cell to solve career related queries of Mechanical 3rd and final Year students. The panel comprises of Prof. Ravindra Ojha (Director, SOET), Dr Pramod Bhatia, Dr Rohit Singh Lather, Associate Professor and Mr Abhishek Pratap Singh, Assistant Professor. The panel would be available on every 3rd Thursday of the month from 2:20 to 3:30 p.m.

The 1st Career Counselling session was conducted on 16 November 2017 in which students interacted with the panel members and clarified their career related queries. The session was coordinated by Mr Anmol Bhatia.
