Ojha, Director SOET visited Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. Jamshedpur alongwith
their Corporate HR and the Plant-Head on 18 & 19 January 2017. He
interacted with the plant’s leadership team to provide inputs in the areas of
Value Flow, Organisation Structure, Continuous improvement projects, Industrial
Relations and Leadership Skill Improvement.
